Best Fashion Programs in Missouri

August 20, 2013 written by FS Staff

Missouri

Let’s face it, most Americans are on a tight budget, and it’s even worse for the average college student. This means, many cash-strapped students and parents may have no choice but to choose an affordable school with a C+ rating over an expensive school with an A+ rating—even if the student receives financial aid. For college ranking agencies, cost isn’t a priority when it comes down to ranking thousands of colleges and universities across the U.S. These agencies typically consider other factors to help them separate the best from the rest.

College ranking agencies and organizations such as Princeton Review, Forbes, and U.S. News & World Report may consider the school’s financial resources, student-faculty ratio, number/types of program offerings, peer assessment, graduation and retention rates, and student selectivity. Fortunately, many of Missouri’s 138 Title IV colleges and universities scored high in all areas, and some of them offer excellent fashion programs.

Just a few of the state’s best fashion programs can be found at Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI), Stevens Institute of Business & Arts in St. Louis, and Missouri State University in Springfield.
